KOHLER® + Georgia Water Stewardship Act

The Georgia Water Stewardship Act was designed to conserve critical freshwater supplies and establish new regulations for the standard plumbing code and for outdoor watering.

As of July 1, 2012, all new construction in Georgia must include high-efficiency fixtures that meet the following standards:
0.5 gpf or less for urinals
1.28 gpf or less for toilets
1.5 gpm or less on residential sink faucets
2.0 gpm or less for kitchen faucets
2.5 gpm or less on handshower and showerheads

We applaud the landmark Georgia Water Stewardship Act, and we're helping support it with variety of products that adhere to these water-saving guidelines. For a full list of Georgia Water Stewardship Act guidelines, visit dca.state.ga.us.
